My hubs and I are off to Texas in two weeks to spend Christmas with my Brother. I haven't had Christmas with my Brother, Mom & Dad since 1988, 25 yrs ago! So as you can imagine, it's quite an exciting moment for us to all be together. My Brother just retired from the US Navy where he served as Chief Petty Officer for the Seabees. I'm so proud of him and I have a special gift for him this year that I will post photos of after our return. We're driving to Texas and back so we can have a little cross country adventure. One of the fun things we have on our "to-do" list is to go horseback riding. I've never been and in honor of the occasion, I have purchased a really fun digital scrapbooking kit from Just So Scrappy.
